Christian Müller, a carpenter's helper (Zimmerbursche), from Oranienbaum, originating in Jonitz in the district of Dessau, left with two other persons.
Johann Christian Müller and Johanna Louisa Ziegler were married 12 October 1765 in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Lübeck.
Christian Müller, a carpenter (Zimmermann), his wife Louisa, and sons (Karl, age 3; Christian, age 1) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.
Christian Müller, his wife An. Louisa, and son Johann Christian (age 2) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Christian Müller settled in the Volga German colony of Boisroux on 7 June 1767. He and his [new] wife Margaretha are recorded on the 1767 census of Boisroux in Household No. 66.
In 1791, Heinrich [sic] Müller moved from Boisroux to Schaffhausen. Christian Müller from Boisroux, presumed son of Christian Müller, and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. Sh06.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Christian Müller came from the German region of Dessau. The 1767 census records that Christian Müller came from the German village of Oranienbaum in the region of Dessau.
