Konrad Müller, a single farmer, arrived at the port of Oranienbaum from Lübeck on 9 August 1766 aboard the Russian galliot Strelna under the command of Lieutenant Sornev.

He settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 15 August 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 1 along with his new wife Elisabeth. He is serving as the mayor (Vorsteher) of Norka at the time.

Konrad Müller, his wife Elisabeth, and daughters (Gertrude, age 7; Katharina Elisabeth, age 4; Anna Margaretha, age ¼) are recorded on the 1775 census of Norka in Household No. 28.

Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Konrad Müller came from the German region of Hessen.
