Heinrich Müller, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 22 September 1767. Heinrich, his wife Anna Elisabeth, and children (Just Heinrich, age 15; Julianna, age 11; Konrad, age 8) are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 214.

The 1767 census records that Heinrich Müller came from the German region of Hessen.
