Friedrich Müller, a farmer, his wife Maria Dorothea, and sons (Johann Jakob, age 11; Johann Christoph, age 4; Johann Gottlieb, age ½) are recorded on the 1767 census of Schäfer in Household No. 27. They had settled in Schäfer on 1 August 1766.

Son Jakob Müller, his family, and his brother Christoph are recorded on the 1798 census of Schäfer in Household No. Sf14.

Johann Gottfried Müller from Schäfer, son of Jakob Müller, and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Kind in Household No. 8.

The 1767 census records that Johann Konrad Müller came from the German region of Durlach.
