Johann Georg Pfeifer, his wife Rosina, and children (Johann, age 17¼; Maria, age 16¼; Adam, age 11½; Anna, age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 August 1766 aboard a snow-brig named Prinz Carl (Prince Carl) under the command of Skipper Christopher Losser.
Joh. G. Pfeiffer, his wife Rosina, and children (Johann, age 17; Maria, age 16; Carl Adam, age 11; Anna, age 10) are recorded on a list of colonist being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that Rosina died in route.
Johann Georg Pfeifer (age 17) and his sisters (Elisabeth, age 16; Philippina, age 8) are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Paulskaya in Household No. 133 along with a note that they settled in the colony of Schaffhausen in 1768.
Georg Pfeifer and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. Sh22.
The 1767 census records that Johann Georg Pfeifer came from the German village of Sankt Goar.
