Reinwald (Reinwald)
Johann Christoph Reinwald, a craftsman (Handwerker), and his wife Maria Dorothea settled in the Volga German colony of Reinwald on 14 July 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 23. It is probably him after whom the colony took its German name.
Kaspar Reinwald and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Warenburg in Household No. Wr108. He is believed to be the son of Johann Christoph Reinwald.
The death of Kaspar Reinwald in 1808 is recorded on the 1811 census of Warenburg in Household No. 108.
The 1767 census records that Johann Christoph Reinwald came from the German village of Miesenheim in the Kurpfalz region.
