Pierre [sic] Robin, a plowman (Labourer), age 26, is recorded on a list of French colonists dated September 1764.

Etienne Robin, a farmer, and his wife Katharina settled in the Volga German colony of Franzosen on 28 July 1765. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 27.

The 1764 list of colonists records that Pierre [sic] Robin came from the French region of Berry. The 1767 census records that Etienne Robe came from the French village of Bourget.

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
