Kaspar Schnicker, a craftsman (Handwerker), and his wife Anna Katharina settled in the Volga German colony of Enders on 27 March 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 26 along with their daughter Maria Katharina (age 1).

The 1767 census records that Kaspar Schnicker came from the German village of Teterow in the Mecklenburg region.

There are no surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
