Schorg / Schork (Frank)
Johannes Schork came from the German village of Zell, about 4 miles north of the city of Erbach. His wife Catharina Elisabeth was born 24 January 1744 in Pfirschbach, the daughter of the shepherd Johannes Bauer.
They arrived in the colony of Frank on 1 September 1767 where they are recorded on the 1767 census in Household No. 103.
Johann Heinrich Schorg [sic], believed to be the son of Johannes Schork, and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Frank in Household No. Fk003.
Johann Heinrich Schork [sic] and his sons are recorded on the 1811 census of Frank in Household No. 3.
The death of Heinrich Schork in 1828 is recorded on the 1834 census of Frank in Household No. 132.
