Anton Schulz, his wife Katharina, and daughter Anna Margaretha (age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum aboard the ship Die Vergelte Weintraube under the command of Skipper Anderson.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Keller on 12 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 60.

The 1767 census records that Anton Schulz came from the German village of Milchenbach [?] in the Westfalen region.
