Peter Schulz and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Reinwald on 25 June 1767.
Peter died and his wife Elisabeth remarried to Philipp Ruppel. They are recorded on the 1767 census in Household No. 15 along with Peter's surviving daughters: Margaretha (age 18) and Elisabeth (age 17).
The 1767 census records that widow Elisabeth Schulz was from the German region of Durlach.
