Johann Seibel, a farmer, his wife Elisabeth, and children (Kaspar, age 19; Anna, age 14; Ludwig, age 8; Margaretha, age 4) arrived from Lübeck in Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard the snow-brig named Christina under the command of Skipper Jacob Stappenberg.

Johannes Seibel, a farmer, his [new] wife Elisabeth, and children (Ludwig, age 9; Margaretha, age 6) are recorded on the 1767 census of Stahl am Karaman in Household No. 45 along with stepdaughters [surname Martin] (Magdalena, age 14; Anna Katharina, age 12; Margaretha, age 9; Anna, age 5). They had arrived in Stahl am Karaman on 22 June 1767.

The widow of Ludwig Seibel and their children (sons: Johann Georg, age 12; Johann, age 9; Heinrich, age 5) are recorded on the 1798 census of Stahl am Karaman in Household No. Sk13.

[Johann] Georg Seibel is recorded on the 1811 census of Stahl am Karaman in Household No. 13 along with a note that he relocated to the colony of Rosenheim in 1800.

[Johann] Georg Seibel from Stahl [am Karaman] is recorded on the 1811 census of Rosenheim in Household No. 39.

The 1767 census records that Johannes Seibel came from the German region of Dienheim.
