Widow Margaretha Sommer and her son Johannes (age 1) are recorded on the 1767 census of Leitsinger in Household No. 80. They had settled there on 15 July 1767.
The 1767 census records that Margaretha Sommer came from the German village of Echenbrunn in the Bamberg region.
