Johann Georg Spürer appears on the list of those being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767. He is next recorded on the 1798 census of Hussenbach in Household No. Hs002.
Johann Georg Spürer is also believed to be recorded on the Oranienbaum passenger list arriving from Lübeck on 13 September 1766 aboard the galliot Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson - erroneously recorded under the surname of Staffer. There are several other Hussenbach families aboard this galliot.
The death of Georg Spierer in 1807 is recorded on the 1811 census of Hussenbach in Household No. 2.
