Konrad Storch [sic], a farmer, and his wife Anna Katharina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 August 1766 aboard a snow-brig named Drei Gebrüder (Three Brothers) under the command of Skipper Ludwig Münzenberg.
Konrad Storch may be the same person as Johannes Stark, a single farmer, who is recorded on the 1767 census of Brabander in Household No. 132. He had arrived in Brabander on 26 June 1767.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Konrad Storch [sic] came from the German region of Bamberg. The 1767 census records that Johannes Stark came from the German region of Bamberg.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Stark family among the Volga German colonies.
