Ludwig Teubert, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a snow-brig named Christina under the command of Skipper Jacob Stappenberg.
He settled in the Volga German colony of Huck on 1 July 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 30 along with his [new] wife Katharina.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Ludwig Teubert came from the German region of Isenburg.
