Johann Adam Völler [sic], a farmer, and his wife Anna Maria arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 August 1766 aboard a galliot named Frau Diederika (Lady Diederika) under the command of Skipper Johann Joachim Lunau.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Yagodnaya Polyana on 16 September 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 54 along with the orphan Peter Hartmann. The 1767 census does not record a relationship between the Völler and Hartmann families.
Adam Völler and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana in Household No. Yp33.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Adam Völler [sic] came from the German region of Darmstadt. The 1767 census records that Johann Adam Feller [sic] came from the German village of Nidda.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
