Werner (Warenburg)
Johann Werner, a single farmer, arrived from Reval [Estonia] at the port of Oranienbaum aboard the pink Slon under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Panov.
He settled in the Volga German colony of Warenburg on 12 May 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 7 along with his new wife Elisabeth.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Werner came from the German region of Friedberg while the 1767 census records that he came from the German village of Florstadt.
