Wiederhold(t) (Philippsfeld)

Johann Valentin Wilhelm Wiederhold, son of Johann Adam Wiederhold, married on 11 August 1743 in Machtlos to Anna Martha Böhm, daughter of Georg Böhm.

The baptisms of the following children of Johann Valentin Wilhelm Wiederholf & Anna Martha Böhm are recorded in the parish register of Machtlos: (1) Johanna Martha, born 29 November 1743, baptized 1 December 1743; (2) Wilhelm, born 20 May 1745, baptized 23 May 1745; (3) Johannes, born 8 January 1748, baptized 10 January 1748; (4) Johann Christoph, born 7 April 1750, baptized 10 April 1750; (5) Catharina Elisabetha, born 17 July 1753, baptized 19 July 1753; and (6) Martha Elisabetha, born 13 January 1759, baptized 17 January 1759, died 10 September 1761.

Mother Anna Martha Wiederhold née Böhm died on 11 April 1761.

Johann Valentin Wilhelm Wiederhold remarried on 6 November 1761 to Elisabetha Günther, daughter of Johann Christoph Günther.

The baptisms of the following children of Johann Valentin Wilhelm Wiederholf & Elisabetha Günther are recorded in the parish register of Machtlos: (1) Johann Georg, born & baptized 9 January 1763, died 10 October 1763; and (2) Johann Georg, born 17 October 1764, baptized 21 October 1764.  

Wilhelm Wiederholdt, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Philippsfeld on 17 August 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 35.

In 1788, Johannes Wiederholdt and his family moved from Philippsfeld to Paulskaya.

The 1767 census records that Wilhelm Wiederholdt came from the German village of Machtlos.
