Georg Heinrich Willmann married on 24 June 1766 in St. Mary's Lutheran Church in Büdingen to Magdalena Sophia Bössler from Umstadt.
Heinrich Willmann, a farmer, his wife Magdalena, and his sister Margaretha (age 16) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 20 August 1766 aboard a galliot named Catharina Eleonora under the command of Skipper Peter Rehder.
Georg Henrich Willmann and his wife Magdalena are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767. There is an Anna Maria Willmann [perhaps the sister] also recorded on this list. She died in route.
Heinrich, recorded as a widower, settled in the Volga German colony of Frank on 1 September 1767. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 84.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Willmann came from the German region of Hanau.
