Winkler (Warenburg)
Johann Andreas Winkler & Anna Rosina Fischer were married on 8 May 1766 in Roßlau.
Johann Andreas Winkler, a wool weaver (Wollweber), and his wife Anna Rosina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the Danish galliot Nord Stern under the command of Skipper Detlev Belling.
Andreas Winckler and his wife Anna Rosine are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Warenburg on 12 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 80.
In 1796, Friedrich Winkler moved from Warenburg to Reinwald.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Johann Andreas Winkler came from the German region of Erfurt.
