Jakob Bollich, a farmer, his wife Franziska, and children (Balthasar [Wolf], age 17½; Anton [Wolf], age 12; Johann, age 2½) arrived from Lübeck via Reval [Estonia] at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 May 1766 aboard a pinque named Лапоминк (Lapomink - a Russian river) under the command of Lieutenant Dmitry Krykov. The precise relationship of the Bollich and Wolf families is not recorded.
Balthasar Wolf (age 19) and his brother Anton (age 12) are recorded on the 1767 census of Preuss in Household No. 11 along with their stepfather Ludwig Uhlmann. They had arrived in Preuss on 12 May 1767. [See Uhlmann Family.]
Balthasar Wolf and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Preuss in Household No. Ps02.
Anton Wolf and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Preuss in Household No. Ps17.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Jakob Bollich came from the Gemran region of the Pfalz. The 1767 census does not record from where the Wolf brothers came.
