Konrad Zimmermann, a farmer, his wife Maria Elisabeth, and children (Dorothea Katharina, age 12; Henrietta Katharina, age 9; Maria Elisabeth, age 7; Philipp Jakob, age 1/6) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the ship Die Neue Freiheit von Bremen under the command of Skipper Steingrawer.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Warenburg on 12 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 61.
The 1767 census records that Konrad Zimmermann came from the German village of Rosbach in the Darmstadt region.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Zimmermann family among the Volga German colonies.
