Iglesia Bautista Emanuel (Emanuel Baptist Church) traces its history to Pastor Federico Roberto Leimann (born in 1881 in Latvia) who had been serving Ebenezer Baptist Church in General Ramírez (Entre Ríos), the first German-speaking Baptist church in Argentina. In 1923, Pastor Leimann and his family along with a group of church members moved to Urdinarrain. On 23 November 1924, the first baptisms (twelve individuals) were held in the Gualeguay River and the congregation of Emanuel Baptist Church was founded. Those twelve were:

There is a German Evangelical Church in San Antonio affiliated with the Iglesia Evangélica del Río de La Plata (IERP). It's members are both Lutheran and Reformed. A new church building was constructed in 1965.

There is a Lutheran Church in San Antonio affiliated with the Iglesia Evangélica Luterana Argentina (IELA).

There is a Congregational Church in San Antonio.

The Iglesia Adventista (Seventh-Day Adventist Church) is located outside of the town of San Antonio adjacent to the Adventist parochial school.

Santa Celia was founded by Volga German Lutherans.

Location

The church in Lucas González is part of the Iglesia Evangélica del Rio de la Plata (IERP).

In 1901 and 1902, worship services in La Llave were held in the home of the Horst family, and the pastors from Aldea Protestante came to conduct the services. From 1903 to 1905 the congregation was served by Pastor Matthesius of Urdinarrain.

The congregation began construction of a church building in 1907, which was completed in 1909. The parish is affiliated with the Iglesia Evangélica del Río de La Plata (IERP).
