Johann Conrad Schreiber, a soldier (Soldat) and son of Johannes Schreiber & Anna Gertrude Lapp, was born 29 November 1715 in Ronshausen. He married there on 8 February 1742 to Anna Margaretha Roth, daughter of Georg Roth & Magdalena Tochter. She had been born in 1710 in Großensee.
The baptisms of several children born to Johann Conrad Schreiber & Anna Margaertha Roth are recorded in the parish register of Ronshausen: (1) Christina Magdalena, born 15 April 1742; (2) Conrad, born 19 March 1743, died 28 May 1808 [in Ronshausen]; (3) Johann Henrich, born 20 October 1744; (4) Johannes, born 9 November 1747; (5) Johann Wilhelm, baptized 24 December 1749; and (6) Anna Catharina, born 29 January 1753.
Anna Margaretha Schreiber née Roth died in Ronshausen on 26 August 1762. Johann Conrad Schreiber died in Ronshausen on 6 April 1777.
The parish register in Ronshausen records that this man departed the village in 1766 "to go out into the world" ["Soll in die Welt gegangen Sein"].
Johann Wilhelm Schreiber, a single theology student, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 July 1766 aboard the Russian packet-boat named Lebed (Swan) under the command of Lieutenant Timofey Yelchin. [Amburger records that this Johann Wilhelm Schreiber is from Mecklenburg and that he became a pastor who served the parish in Belovesh (Cernigov Region) form 1767 to 1802. Schnurr also records that this Johann Wilhelm Schreiber served as pastor of the congregation in Belovesh.]
