Today, Wallernhausen is administratively part of the municipality of Nidda.
Church:
Since the 15th Century, there has been a church on the site of the current one. The Medieval structure was replaced by the current one in the Baroque Style in 1738-1740. An extensive interior renovation was completed in 1901.
