Johann Frahm and Maria Dorothea Rehders were married on 16 October 1765 in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Lübeck.

Johann Georg Frahm, a farmer, and his wife Maria Dorothea settled in the Volga German colony of Reinhard on 15 July 1766 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 15.

The 1767 census records that Johann Georg Frahm came from the German village of Schwerin in the Mecklenburg region.
