Andreas Zeiler, a single stocking maker (Strumpfwirker), arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 August 1766 aboard a galliot named Frau Diederika (Lady Diederika) under the command of Skipper Johann Joachim Lunau.
This may be the same Andreas Zeiler, a farmer, and his [new] wife Klara Elisabeth [née Illingen] who are recorded on the 1767 census of Frank in Household No. 33.
Andreas Zeiler and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Frank in Household No. Fk047.
The death of Andreas Zeiler in 1808 is recorded on the 1811 census of Frank in Household No. 47.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Andreas Zeiler came form the German region of Dreiberg. The 1767 census records that Andreas Zeiler came from the German village of Marklieker in the region of Nürnberg.
