Widow Anna Müller, her children (Hans & his wife Maria; Klaus [Nikolaus], age 5¼; Traudel [?], age 2½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 May 1766 aboard the Russian galliot named Katharina Eleonora under the command of Skipper Peter Rehder.
Hans died after arrival in Russia and his widow Maria remarried to Heinrich Kromberg.
Heinrich Kromberg (age 38), a farmer, his wife Maria Müller (age 36), and her [nephew] Nikolaus Müller (age 7) are recorded on the 1767 census of Dinkel in Household No. 15. They had arrived in Dinkel on 12 July 1767.
Nikolaus Müller and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Dinkel in Household No. Dn40.
Nikolaus Müller and his family are recorded on the 1811 census of Dinkel in Household No. 41.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that this Müller family came from the German region of Holstein.
