Georg Brunner [sic], a farmer, and his wife Anna Margaretha settled in the Volga German colony of Messer on 7 July 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 16 along with their 3-week-old son Georg Konrad.
In 1790, Georg Bronner and his family moved from Messer to Franzosen.

Christina Margaretha Bronner, widow of Peter Bronner the son of Georg Konrad Bronner, and her family are recorded on the 1857 census of Franzosen in Household No. 150 along with a note that they relocated to the daughter colony of Erlenbach in 1852.
