Orphan Katharina Horn (age 15) settled in the Volga German colony of Volmer on 18 July 1766. She is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 12 along with the Ether family. The 1767 census does not record a relationship between the Horn and Ether families.
There do not appear to be any surviving male descendants of this Horn family among the Volga German colonies.
