Heinrich Wilhelm Pehr, a single craftsman (Handwerker), settled in the Volga German colony of Rohleder on 14 July 1766. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 45 with a note that he relocated to the colony of Urbach in 1768.

The 1767 census records that Heinrich Wilhelm Pehr came from the German region of Speyer.

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
