Peter Heinrich, a hunter (Jäger), and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Degott on 18 July 1766. They are recorded on the 1767 census in Household No. 3.

The 1767 census records that Peter Heinrich came from the German village of Kaiserslautern in the Kurpfalz.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Heinrich family among the Volga German colonies.
