Leonhard Zang, son of Adam Zang, is recorded on the parish register of Bettinger as the father of Johann Christian Zang who was baptized in Bettinger in 1813. The family is recorded as living in Kind.

[e] Maria Sophia Wehrwein née Zang is recorded on the 1798 census of Näb in Household No. Nb15. [This is presumed to be the same person as Johanna Christina Zang because their ages match.]
