Andreas Knoll, a craftsman (Handwerker), settled in the Volga German colony of Fischer on 28 July 1765. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 13 along with his wife Eva Maria.
The 1767 census records that Andreas Knoll came from the German village of Linls [?] in Prussia and that Eva Maria came from the German village of Reigenbol [?] in Sachsen (Saxony).
