Daniel Hannemann, a blacksmith, his wife Sophia, and son Heinrich (age 3) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a galliot named Die Börse von Lübeck under the command of Skipper Martin Friedrich Markau.
They are recorded on the 1798 census of Yagodnaya Polyana in Household No. Yp55 along with a note that they are actually living in Saratov with Dr. Maier.
