David Krieger & Marai Elisabeth Rückemeister were married on 10 April 1766 in Roßlau.
David Krüger [sic], a farmer, and his wife Maria arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Mann und Frau under the command of Skipper Daniel Berg.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Jost on 5 July 1767. David is recorded there on the 1767 census along with his new wife Christina Elisabeth and their newborn son Johann Adam (4-weeks old).
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that David Krüger [sic] came from the German region of Gardelegen. The 1767 census records that David Krieger [sic] came from the German village of Jarmen in the Brandenburg region.
