Klement Brescho was born in approximately 1792. He served in Napoleon's army and fought against the Russians. He was captured by the Russians, and in 1812, was settled in the Volga German colony of Nieder-Monjou.

He is recorded on the 1834 Nieder-Monjou Census in Household No. 116. A note indicates that he relocated to the colony of Katharinenstadt in 1819. He is recorded on the 1834 Katharinenstadt Census in Household No. 280 along with a note that he died in 1832.
