The parish register of Eudorf records the baptism of one son born to Johann Georg Gebauer & Maria Elisabeth Rudolf: Johann Conrad, born 23 August 1765.
Johann Gebauer, a farmer, his wife Maria, and son Konrad (age 1) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.
Georg Gebaauer [sic], his wife Maria Elisabetha, and son Joh. Conrad (age 1¼) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Johann Gebauer (age 33), a farmer, his wife Maria (age 32), and son Konrad (age 2½) are recorded on the 1767 census of Nieder-Monjou in Household No. 75. They had arrived in Nieder-Monjou on 3 August 1767.
In 1786, Georg Gebauer moved from Nieder-Monjou to the Caucasus, but his children moved to Näb.
Son Johann Konrad Gebauer (age 32) and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Näb in Household No. Nb11 along with his brother Johann Kaspar (age 20). [Some translations erroneously record the surname there as LeBarre.]
Johann Konrad Ebauer and his descendants are recorded on the 1834 census of Näb in Households No. 34, 55, & 66.
The death of Johann Konrad Gebauer is recorded in the parish register of Näb on 7 May 1835.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Gebauer came from the German region of Darmstadt. The 1767 census records that he came from the German village of Endorf [Eudorf].
