Konrad Braun, a weaver, and his wife Elisabeth arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 28 July 1766 aboard a Russian pink named Vologda [an historic Russian city] under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Bartenyev.
They are recorded on the 1775 census of Grimm in Household No. 150 along with daughters Katharina (age 6) and Eva Maria (age ¾).
Daughter Katharina is recorded on the 1798 census of Grimm in Household No. Gm059.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Konrad Braun came from the German region of Darmstadt.
