Andreas Müller, a merchant, his wife Maria, and children (Maria, age 12; Reinhardt, age 8; Philipp, age 4; Christian, age 2¼) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a galliot named Frau Catharina under the command of Skipper Johann Joachim Jenßen.
Andres [sic] Müller, his wife Maria Petronella, and children (Regina, age 12½; Johann Reinhard, age 10¼; Philip Werner, age 5½; Christian, age 2¼) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Widow Maria Petronima Müller and her son Philipp Werner (age 5) are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 37 along with her stepchildren (Maria Regina Müller, age 13; Johann Reinhardt Müller, age 9). A note records that they relocated to the colony of Luzern in 1768.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Andreas Müller came from the German region of Isenburg. The 1767 census records that Maria Petronima Müller came from the German village of Gau and that the Müller stepchildren came from the German region of Isenburg.
There are no known surviving male lines of this Müller family among the Volga German colonies.
