Gottfried Holler [sic] and Anna Margaretha Buch [sic] were married 10 October 1765 in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Lübeck.

Gottfried Holtner [sic], a baker (Bäcker), and his wife Anna Maria Bach are recorded on the 1767 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 79. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

Gottfried Holter, his wife Anna Maria née Bach, and daughter Elisabeth [age not recorded] are recorded on the 1776 Katharinenstadt Grundbuch [Land Register] in Household No. 175.

In 1778, widower Gottfried Holter moved from Katharinenstadt to Orlovskaya.

The 1767 census records that Gottfried Holtner [sic] came from the German region of Magdeburg. The 1776 Katharinenstadt Land Register records that Gottfried Holter came from the German region of Magdeburg and that his wife came from the village of Riche bei Eisenach.

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
