Joh. Rieth, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johann, age 12; Anna Mar., age 8; Joh. Henrich, age 6; Elisabeth, age 1) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.
Johannes Ritt, his wife Anna Maria, and children (Margaretha, age 14; Johannes, age 11; Maria, age 8; Heinrich, age 6) are recorded on the 1767 census of Semenovka in Household No. 22. They had settled there on 24 July 1767.
The 1767 census records that Johannes Ritt came from the German village of Bart [?] in the Hanau region.
