Discussion & Documentation

There are two Hartmann families from Stahl am Karaman recorded on the 1798 census. Their relationship to each other, if any, needs further research.

There is a Heinrich Hartmann from Wiederode in the Hessen district of Rothenburg & Anna Margaretha Meÿer from Schwickershausen were married on 5 June 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen. This may be the same Heinrich Hartmann recorded in Stahl am Karaman.
