Johannes Diehl, son of Johann Heinrich Diehl & Anna Katharina Appel (born 15 November 1696) from Dauernheim, was born in 1729 in Utphe. He married in Utphe on 5 July 1754 to Anna Catharina Orth. She had been born in Utphe on 22 February 1734.
