Discussion & Documentation

Widow Anna Sybilla Seibold [sic] and her son Johann (age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 26 August 1766 aboard a snow-brig named Die Jäger (The Hunter) under the command of Skipper Gabriel Will.

Adam Siebert (age 9) is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Boisroux in Household No. 34 along with the Christian Sorgenfrey family and a note that they settled in the Volga German colony of Nieder-Monjou in 1768.

Adam Siebert and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Zürich in Household No. Zr01.

The 1767 census does not record from where Adam Siebert came.
