Dorothy Balzer (age 22) and her siblings (Johann Christoph, age 14; Magdalena, age 11) are recorded on the 1767 census of Orlovskaya in Household No. 16 along with their stepfather Johann Christoph Hemrisch.

In 1793, Christian Balzer moved from Paulskaya to Näb. Christian Balzer from Paulskaya is recorded on the 1798 census of Näb in Household No. Nb32.

The 1767 census does not record from where the Balzer children came.
