Peter Heinrich Axt from Volmer and his wife are recorded on the 1798 census of Neu-Kolonie in Household No. Nk40.
The 1767 census records that Johannes Axt came from the German village of Selzen in the Kurpfalz region.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
