The Movement Table appended to the 1798 census of Rohleder records that Magdalena Golai, daughter of Thomas Golai, married in 1788 to Heinrich Simroth in Paulskaya.
Thomas Golai is recorded on the 1798 census of Rohleder in Household No. Rl36 along with a note that he was in Katharinenstadt.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
