Georg Lorenz, a single miller (Müller), is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Nieder-Monjou in Household No. 129.
It is not known in which colony he settled.
The 1767 census records that Georg Lorenz came from the German region of Sachsen (Saxony).
There are no known surviving male lines of this Lorenz family among the Volga German colonies.
